Why the site exists
A lost-pet post needs to be easy to find again hours or days later. This site keeps the photograph, city, date, description and current status together, while giving people a private way to send a sighting.
Where Lost Pet World is available
The service currently covers Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova. Each country has its own language, cities and local reporting pages. More places will be added only when we can support them properly.
How we handle reports
- Every new listing is checked before it appears publicly.
- Telephone numbers, email addresses and exact sighting locations stay off public pages.
- Reports are organised by city and by lost or found cats and dogs.
- Owners can update a case when the pet is home.
How to use the service
See the How it works page for the reporting and sighting workflow.
